WHY THIS WORKS
We don't compete with OTAs for generic guests. We help you reach a segment Booking can't surface — EV drivers searching for a charger.
An EV driver isn't searching "cheap hotel in Krakow" — they search "hotel with 22 kW nearby". That's 3-4 results instead of 800. Your odds change radically.
Premium unlocks a "Book direct" button on your hotel card that points to your URL — you keep the full amount and own the guest relationship. On Free, the card links to Booking.com via our affiliate link (Booking takes its usual cut from you, we take nothing from you).
After their stay, the driver rates whether the bay was free and whether power delivered as advertised. That verification is our "EV verified" badge — without it, you don't exist in EV searches.
HOW IT WORKS
From signup to the first driver in your parking lot — 48 hours on average.
We check whether you're already in our database (we ingest Open Charge Map and others). If you are — you claim the listing. If not — you add address, charger photos and connector type.
Filters: connector type, kW, BYO cable or not, "guests-only" or public. Your listing shows up exactly to the people who need exactly what you have.
Premium plan: they land on your site or in your inbox — no Booking, no commission. Free plan: they land on Booking via our affiliate link. Either way we never touch the payment and never charge you.

Correct, on every plan, and we don't process payments at all. Charge&Sleep is a directory. On Premium the driver clicks "Book" and lands directly on your site. On Free the CTA goes to Booking.com via our affiliate link — Booking takes its usual cut from you (not us), and we get a small affiliate fee from Booking. So we earn only from optional Premium subscriptions and OTA affiliate fees. A Free hotel never sees an invoice from us.
Great — you can claim that listing. After signup you choose "find my hotel", give us a work email, and (if the email domain matches your website) the account is linked automatically. Otherwise it goes to manual review — usually same-day.
No. Overnight charging can be AC 11–22 kW Type 2, or even a regular 230 V socket — as long as guests know in advance (on your Charge&Sleep listing and at reception). It must really work and be available after check-in. Most overnight EV guests plan to charge over many hours of sleep — fast DC isn't a requirement.
